All prices on this Website are in Canadian dollars but can be switched to USA dollars using the drop down menu on the home page. Exchange rates are updated every week using an automated program.
PRICES
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping charges are above basic cost of goods.
Prices do not include GST and PST, if applicable in your area the tax will be properly adjusted upon checkout.
DELIVERY OF MERCHANDISE
Most items will be delivered within 8 business days, however, delivery for orders may vary from 9 to 21 business days depending upon the availability of the items ordered and the time required for delivery. Most items are well stocked and ready for shipment, however, due to the HUGE size of our inventory, and pace of wholesale business, some items may become unavailable for several weeks. In that case you will be contacted by our Customer Care Department via email, if email unanswered then by phone, and given the option to cancel your order, wait for delivery or choose another item.
Customers are notified via email when their order is shipped.
Order tracking is available at Canada Post website. Your tracking number is emailed to you upon shipment of item or items.

We reserve the full rights to add additional shipping costs based on NON-NORTH AMERICAN residency. Any additional costs would be fair and reasonable and documented fully on all invoice information.
We will not ship orders outside of Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Europe .
We only accept payment methods that appear on our Checkout Page.
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges only upon approval.
We reserve the right to review and refuse an order or customer at our discretion.
