U.S.A. Orders: United States Postal Service
All United States (U.S.A.) orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (through Canada Post). All orders, regardless of if they have a tracking number, are insured and traceable by USPS internally when mailed to you. Smaller orders, like t-shirts, hoodies, belts, hats, etc. are shipped USPS Air Mail. These smaller packages do not have a tracking number due to their light weight and/or small size. Heavy orders, like bar stools, bullet belts and glass sets, are shipped USPS Ground Mail. This heavy package service, while still only costing you a low $5.89 shipping fee, does come with a tracking number (which you can track on www.canadapost.ca). United States Postal Service has done an excellent job for ROCKWORLDEAST over the past several years. Even at Christmas, when delivering parcels on time can be challenging, the reliable service to our customers by USPS has been outstanding. Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, packages may take a few days longer than estimated to arrive. In the rare case that an order is a little late please be patient and allow a few days beyond our shipping estimate, unless your inquiry is urgent, before you contact us.
Canadian Orders: Canada Post All Canadian (Canada) orders are shipped via Canada Post. All orders, regardless of if they have a tracking number, are insured and traceable by Canada Post internally when mailed to you. Smaller orders, like t-shirts, hoodies, belts, hats, etc. are shipped Canada Post Business Air Mail. These smaller packages do not have a tracking number due to their light weight and/or small size. Heavy orders, like hoodies, bar stools, bullet belts and glass sets, are shipped Canada Post Expedited Service. This heavy package service, while still only costing you a low $5.89 shipping fee, does come with a tracking number (which you can track on www.canadapost.ca).

All orders, regardless of if they have a tracking number, are insured and traceable by the post office internally when mailed to you. Smaller orders, like t-shirts, are shipped Canada Post Air Mail. Heavy orders, like bar stools, bullet belts, hoodies and glass sets, are shipped Canada Post Ground Mail. This heavy package service can come with a request for a supplemental shipping fee. Order Issues
Concerns regarding shipping and/or order process will be forwarded to ROCKWORLDEAST management and you will be contacted within 72 hours. Please send any questions, concerns or complaints to using the Contact Us page on the navigation bar at the top of this page.
Most items are well stocked and ready for shipment, however, due to the massive size of our inventory, and the hectic pace of our wholesale business, some items may become unavailable for several weeks and may become sold out. We update our site every day so it is very rare that you would purchase something and it not be avialbe, however, in that case you will be contacted by our Customer Service Department via email, if email unanswered then by phone, and given the option to cancel your order, wait for delivery or choose another item.
Unlike other companies, we do ship partial orders. If an item is re-ordered and being maufactured and would be ready to ship to you within two weeks we will not make you wait for that item to arrive back in stock before shipping the rest of your order. It may cost us a little more in shipping expenses (which we do not pass on to you in any way), but, it increases customer satisfaciton.
All customers are notified via email when their order is shipped.
Size Exchange & Warranty Replacement Information
You have thirty days to report & exchange damaged or defective products for warranty replacement. As well, you may exchange any ill fitting items for a different size. You will be charged a minimal fee for shipping. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy. All products sold to an individual are sold on a non-refundable basis.
Warranty Items
Items that qualify for a warranty return must be approved before returning by a member of the ROCKWORLDEAST staff. If you think an item you purchased with us has a warranty defect (any problem that was not caused by you! (i.e. We do not fill warranty returns for sitting on, dropping, throwing, etc.) please contact our staff using the Contact Us page on the navigation bar at the top of this page for a return approval.
