How We Ship, Canada Post 

 

All items are sent using Canada Post services. To track your package, using the confirmation number sent to you by ROCKWORLDEAST staff, log onto www.canadapost.ca and enter your tracking number in the "Item Number" field. Please allow 24 hours for mailed packages to appear on the Canada Post website.

 

U.S.A orders sometimes do not have a tracking number due to USPS Airmail Service. All orders, regardless of if they have a tracking number, are insured and traceable when mailed to you.

 

Overseas orders may take several weeks to arrive. Due to our super-low shipping fees we cannot send your package via Canada Post Expedited Post, we must send it Canada Post Internaitonal Delivery and delivery time may vary using that service.

 

Disputes regarding shipping or order process will be forwarded to ROCKWORLDEAST management and you will be contacted within 24 hours. Please send any questions, concerns or complaints to using the Contact Us page on the navigation bar at the top of this page.

 

Most items will be delivered within 9 days, however, delivery for orders may vary from 3 to 15 business days depending upon the availability of the items ordered and the time required for delivery. Most items are well stocked and ready for shipment, however, due to the large size of our inventory, and pace of wholesale business, some items may become unavailable for several weeks. In that case you will be contacted immediately by our Customer Care Department via email, if email unanswered then by phone, and given the option to cancel your order, wait for delivery or choose another item.

 

Partial orders will not be shipped unless requested. We will hold your order until complete unless you request two deliveries. In that case you will pay the extra shipping. Unless requested, we will ship your order once all items are available to ship.

 

Customers who become members of the site are notified via email when their order is shipped.

 

If you are a non-member your shipping information will be kept in our files, however, they will only be sent to you upon request.

 

 

 


 

  

 

Return Information

 

All products sold to an individual are sold on a non-returnable basis. You have thirty days to return damaged or defective products. As well, you may return, upon approval of ROCKWORLDEAST staff, any ill fitting items in exchange for a different size. You will be charged a minimal fee for shipping. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE TO WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

 

As of July 1, 2006 there has been a change to our return policy, please read below and contact us if you have any questions.

 

A very few products sold to wholesale customers are sold on a returnable basis. Wholesale customers may return items upon approval, however, at their own cost and to a maximum of $200.00 per return, per yearly quarter (this limit excludes defective or damaged merchandise). As well, you may return, upon approval of ROCKWORLDEAST staff, any ill fitting items in exchange for a different size. You will be charged a minimal fee for shipping. Some restocking fees may apply. Please contact your dedicated sales agent.

 

 


 

 

 Warranty Items

 

Items that qualify for a warranty return must be approved before returning by a member of the ROCKWORLDEAST staff. If you think an item you purchased with us has a warranty defect (any problem that was not caused by you! (i.e. We do not fill warranty returns for sitting on, dropping, throwing, etc.) please contact our staff using the Contact Us page on the navigation bar at the top of this page for a return approval.
