Product Description

Say “Konichi wa” to our new, vintage style, Led Zeppelin Tokyo Japan 1971 t-shirt!

Featuring the ever-present Icarus logo as well as the band’s mysterious symbols, the Led Zeppelin Tokyo Japan 1971 t-shirt presents a mock up announcement of the first Japanese tour for the English group. The design features Japanese characters as well as a promotion of a new album release, presumably for their untitled album, commonly referred to as Led Zeppelin IV. The image is printed on a white 100% cotton t-shirt with a distressed feel.

The tour lasted for a week from September 23rd to September 29th, 1971, and travelled from Hiroshima to Tokyo, concluding in Osaka. While an otherwise uneventful tour, there were stories of unrest within the band and physical fights, including drummer John Bonham reportedly being punched in the face by singer, Robert Plant. Rock a piece of the Far East with a Led Zeppelin Tokyo Japan 1971 t-shirt!
